good building, great location
Pros
- amazing location - super responsive and friendly maintenance - never had any pest issues - street noise was very minimal - generally clean building (by NYC standards)
Cons
- radiators were impossible to control causing the apt to easily overheat - had some roof leak issues but maintenance was quick to respond - no sunlight if your window faces the alley - noisy neighbors - 1st floor blasting music until 4am every weekend and 3rd floor seemingly rearranging all their furniture every night - not a huge deal but you have to pay rent by physical check which is definitely less convenient than a payment portal
