Pests, mold, and Unresponsive Managment

Pros

Location, and can pay rent online

Cons

This building is absolutely filled with cockroaches. Mice on the third floor. Hallways are not cleaned. Apartment was not fully cleaned before move-in. No bug screens on the windows. Heat was inadequate during the coldest part of winter.

Advice to the owners

Clean the building, fully clean the apartments before move-in.

Not great, not terrible

Pros

The apartment was freshly renovated when we moved in, so the appliances are nice and new.

Cons

It's an old building so naturally we have struggled to keep mice and cockroaches out. Also, packages get stolen from the hallways constantly.
