I really don’t have good things to say about this place
Cons:
Where do I begin? -bedbugs are in the walls. But when you sign your lease it says there’s no history of them. -super is rude, nasty and does not do his jobs. -water is hard -mold in the walls -land lord, Jose Diaz WILL NOT respond to your emails and if you get lucky for a response he is rude. - they only fix things if you threaten a lawsuit.
Advice to owner:
Cut your losses and sell your business because none of you deserve to be in this type of field.
