Pros

Heat works well Location is nice to Halsey L Rent stabilized (for now)

Cons

- randomly would lose hot water - roaches are awful, can’t get rid of them - neighbor upstairs is up all hours of the night banging on furniture, moving and dropping loud things. (was told he is a hoarder and can personally confirm he steals neighborhood bikes/scooters etc) - moving out soon but lived here for 2 years and building ownership changed, received a letter from DHCR on behalf of new landlord Silvershore Properties (through Belkin, Burden, Goldman LLP) that they are trying to get it de-stabilized (not even sure if this is allowed)
