Great building, minor issues
Pros
Great luxury building. Well designed too, no tacky architecture. Fantastic amenities with courtyard, roof deck, golf sim and gym. I don't have a dog, but if you did it's a great place to keep. Super friendly and effective staff.
Cons
Thin walls. Far from subway. Sometimes hot water goes out in the winter.

Gem in Hell’s Kitchen
Pros
Great neighbors and doorman! It’s a wonderful apartment full of small details that are perfect for finding peace in nyc
Cons
Fitness room could be better and views from some of the units are not so great
