clean, comfortable brooklyn living

Pros

578 Atlantic's location can't be beat, it's extremely convenient and in the heart of Brooklyn. The building is kept beautifully, managed well, and is a lovely place to live.

Cons

Due to the location, there's bound to be street noise. If there's street construction going on, it can be a pain.

Advice to the owners

Adding security cameras to the front door may stop people from defacing it.
