Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location for train, garbage everywhere. Landlord doesn’t not maintain outside as they own the building next door too. Garbage area always a mess.
Cons:
Drug addicts sleeping on stoop, landlord never sweeps hallways. Heat blasts in winter when it’s on, then it drops. Landlord is very nosy and always ask if he can come in the apartment for no real reason. Landlord allows smoking everywhere. He even will Walk in the hallways smoking a cigar. They raise the rent as much as the law allows them every year.
Advice to owner:
They need to learn tenant right laws and basic manners.
