Landlord Removed Personal Property Without Consent

The Landlord entered my apartment two weeks before I was scheduled to move out and, without my permission, threw out a valuable piece of furniture. He wanted to remove the items as he was able to rent the apartment for $1,500 more for the next tenants.

Advice to the owners

Respect the personal property of your tenants.
