Mean Super and bad mgmt

Pros

Nice area! Nice backyard.

Cons

Had a leak problem for the entire time I lived there. Got so bad that the entire basement flooded. Mgmt was awful and never did anything about it. Super was mean and threatened to kill us

new appliances, appliances do get fixed eventually after begging

bad management, dirty building, butterfly mx frequently stops working, cockroaches occasionally, heat stops working sometimes and sometimes gets too hot, hot water stopped working once, appliances frequently break
