Good building and management
Pros
- Building has all the amenities that you need. they are not luxury quality but they do the job - Solid management - many long term tenants
Cons
- Their A/C units are not great. each year there are some issues. but building is responsive in sending in techs to fix.

Hot Water Issues and Noise
Pros
Common areas kept clean, management is friendly and responsive
Cons
Frequent hot water issues, including multi-day outages. A lot of street noise from businesses across the street. Apartment doors are not well sound insulated, so the hallway noise is loud
