Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews for buildings managed by Abraham Pollack indicate a generally positive experience, particularly regarding cleanliness, spacious amenities, and effective garbage management. Residents appreciate the prompt and thorough maintenance of common areas and overall luxury living conditions. However, some concerns have been noted, such as the need for a more accessible building manager, occasional noise issues, and delays in security deposit returns. While most tenants recommend the buildings for their location and service quality, fostering better communication with management could further enhance tenant satisfaction and address minor inconveniences. Overall, tenants find value in the well-maintained and thoughtfully designed environments.

Solid luxury apartment experience

Pros

I had a great experience living here and I probably wouldn't have moved for a long time if I hadn't broken up with my ex. We hardly communicated with management because we barely had any problems. There were people constantly cleaning the common areas and the gym was clean and uncrowded during most hours.

Cons

- Kitchen did not come with a range hood and windows don't open very wide. - There were a few instances of package theft in the apartment (bc tenants were letting strangers in) but it eventually got resolved. -
