Pros

Management is super responsive and friendly. I very rarely have a problem, but when I do they fix it quickly. My dryer broke, and they replaced it literally within an hour.

Pros

Love the views from the apartments and the washer and dryer in each units. It’s also rent stabilized. A ton of closets

The kitchen appliances are weird and annoying to work. A lot of unusable space in the kitchen cabinets Sink in the bathroom is annoying. Very minor though considering what you do get. Location is a little far. About a 10-15 minute walk to the subway. Bike rack right outside
