Good prices and good unit. Wood floor, natural light and appliances that work

Homeless guys sometimes sleep on the porch… hot water goes out from time to time and the owner and management are very very not responsive

INSTALL SECURITY GATE AT ENTRY TO STOOP WHICH IS HIDDEN FROM STREET. TENANTS ARE INTIMIDATED BY HOMELESS MAN WHO HAS HIT AND SPAT IN THEIR FACES WHEN THEY ENTER OR LEAFE THE BLBD.
