Long time tenant
Pros
Large apartment. Nice area.
Cons
No washer and dryer allowed in apartments yet we have limited machines that hadn’t worked in months and then got new washers but terrible at cleaning. It takes 3 cycles for a good clean. Building has no cameras in hallways. People easily come up and steal and potentially harm people. Elevator is better but only after neighbors made numerous complaints.

It’s a good building with good people
Pros
Neighbors are kind, there is almost not noise at anytime, unlike other buildings, it’s clean, super is cool and helps within a short time after you call him.
Cons
You’re not provided with brand new appliances, Mice infestation is not well taken care of.
Advice to the owners
Please do something about the mice, it’s unpleasant and it is messing up all my furnitures.
