Pros:
- quiet area
- good light sources
- central heat and air
Cons:
- the owners, the owners, the owners.
- quick fixes instead of actual repairs
- neighbors will play loud music but then complain about you
Advice to owner:
- reply to your emails and requests for communication
- have some empathy
- BE RESPONSIVE
