lovely apartment, terrible management

Pros

the apartments themselves are spacious and you get plenty of closets for storage. pet friendly.

Cons

property management is GARBAGE- have had multiple issues in multiple units with the toilets backing up at least four times a year. the trash closets are vile. the washing machines aren't serviced regularly. parking can be difficult.

treat your tenents like people, be more accessible and responsible for your properties.

Cons

Everything! They just put up dry wall and cheap tile. Bang a wall and you can hear the building crumble. All kinds of pests. Just disgusting
