Well maintained and nice neighbors

Pros

Overall well maintained building with great live in super. Older building but a lot of units are renovated and the building feels pretty safe. Elevator is super helpful

Super old building with lots of maintenance issues

Pros

The location is amazing, close to the 1, ACE, madison square park, whole foods, and trader joes.

- lots of stressful pest and maintenance issues - radiator overheats and gets super hot in the winter - the super does a hasty/messy job when fixing up the apartment (leaving dried caulk stuck all over the floor/floorboards, leaving cracks after patching up holes in the ceiling)
