Pros:
Good location, it's a pretty building, good space and good size apartments
Cons:
lacks care and super on site doesn't do his job and bribes the tenants to pay him for repairs that are his fault in the first place.
Building is dirty, floors are not cleaned, common areas have no lights and the electricity is a mess.
The super is a despicable person and does not care to do any work on the building.
Owner doesn't care.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super and pay attention to the building. There are good tenants, just lousy management of the building.
