Love the neighbors, charm, elevator
Unit got to 50 degrees in the winter, due to faulty windows. There are roaches sometimes. No one is ever home to accept their packages so they ring everyone’s doorbell constantly. Elevator works but not way to get back in that is ADA compliant?
