Pros:
The super is amazing and the apartments are a great size.
Cons:
Mice, roaches, lack of lighting, no security and packages routinely stolen. Property management legitimately doesn’t care. Peeling paint, visible water damage, sagging floors and ceilings. Hallways haven’t been painted in 5-6 years which is a violation… which clearly they do not care about.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the property and tenants. Maybe have some kind of ethics?

Turning into a Dump

Pros:
It hadn't collapsed yet, good neighborhood.
Cons:
Dingy needs a new coat of paint on hallway walls and staircases, no cameras for security, no improvements or additions, crazy ass roach problem even though exterminator comes bi-weekly, local vagrants sleep in the vestibule and leave their garbage, neighbors with loud barking dogs.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your building and add security cameras. It's 2020. It's poppin out there.
