decent but not worth the price

Pros:
- near the L train and the park
- next to grocery store
- lovely neighbors who have lived there long twe
Cons:
- only 1 washer/dryer in basement and it’s either always full or broken
- garbage area was constantly full
- apartments don’t receive much light
- narrow and steep stairwells make carrying items up and down stairs difficult
- too expensive for what it is… 2 decent sized bedrooms on either side connected by a hallway with no windows serving as a super narrow living room/kitchen
- management is slow to respond and honestly condescending at times

reduce the rent

Big apt, lots of roommates

Pros:
Newer reno, huge common area, huge bedrooms, in-unit laundry
Cons:
Too many roommates/rooms, fridge space lacked
Advice to owner:
Consider a second fridge for the apts. Have maintenance do a washing machine cleaning, tended to smell awful.
