It’s Just Ok

Pros

Super is responsive. No pest problems in my unit.

Cons

Walls are very thin. I can hear all the conversations from the unit sharing a wall with mine. Water pressure is terrible. Management is difficult to deal with when there are serious problems with the apartment. They like to avoid emails and phone calls.
