Good quiet building

Pros

staff lovely, super and porter and doormen are all the GOATs. good area and responsive fixes. never a bad experience here. building is rated well so electricity is never a big issue. heat is strong during the winters.

Cons

pest control is a problem. the building acknowledges it and has an exterminator come in. construction on the street can be pretty noisy
