Nice apartment but need management needs to improve
Its a very pretty building, in a nice area. It makes travel very convenient, and has some nice wood accents even if they are cheaply wood stapled to plaster walls.
Cons:
The super was amazingly unresponsive. Took 5 months to get a doorknob fixed that was a fire safety hazard (as we were informed by a fire inspector), and doesn't reply to calls or texts which is great if you have to time to wait at the front door for him all day, but not great if you have school or a job. Rent it far too high for the smaller units that they have recently built, which are entirely interior facing and get almost no natural light. Also all of the appliances are ancient (fridge half-works, and the dishwasher smells like burning plastic each time it runs) and they will not replace them.
Advice to owner:
My advice, actually maintain your building, that might fix the D-rating on the door. Also if you want people to stay in their apartments, don't rent hike a 2 window (literally 1 room) apartment with no natural light.
