Great place to live
Pros
Really modern with all amenities, responsive management, and lovely neighbors (mostly mid-20s). I would absolutely recommend this building.
Cons
Occasional cockroaches in unit in Summer

Management get it together
Pros
Street is beautiful, location amazing, spacious apartments
Cons
The management is rude and slow to respond. The building has a roach infestation and they do not address it.
Advice to the owners
Hire new staff / exterminators
