Reviews

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Not a very great place to live

Pros

The apartments have a lot of space and are affordable. Accessible to train and shopping center

Cons

The lobby entrance is always broken, people sneak into do drugs and smoke. There’s a lot of loitering in front of the building and neighbors can be selfish and play very loud music at all times of day.

Advice to the owners

Fix the building entrance, renovate the apartments as they have potential. Screen potential renters better.

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all cost.

Pros

None. It was so bad that the super and even the owners said that if we didn’t like it there that we should find a new place to live (this was a response to a request to fix rotten cabinets)

Cons

Living here is the biggest con

Advice to the owners

Sell or quit. You have no business managing a building where people are living
