They do have some service guys who stop by and ask if you need pest services
Cons
Super lives upstate and is in literally no rush to help you with actual emergencies. Constant issues with water and maintenance. Walk up no elevator. Actually filthy building and management will actively ignore you if you have issues. Other tenants and neighbors wake up at insane hours in the morning to play loud music sometimes deep into the night.

Actually respond to your tenants.

Super doesn’t know what he is talking about The landlord doesn’t care. The company Chestnut holdings is a joke. You call the Company/Landlord, nobody answers the phone.
Advice to the owners
Learn to communicate and fix the problems when your tenant reports things. Don’t wait two years to try and fix crucial problems. I would give you guys half a Star for rating overall.
