Home but not perfect

Pros

Location! Loved the neighborhood and most of the neighbors were lovely

Cons

Thinnnnn walls and vents that lead to other units- you can hear EVERYTHING in the apartment next door to yours. When I first moved in, there was a major roach problem but management took care of it.

Rodent issues. Worst management ever. Throw your stuff out without notice.

Nothing this place is a dirty mess with roaches and awful noise levels

Massive rodent infestation. Worst management ever- Sol especially is the WORST. They are so rude and disrespectful at Matel and threw away all of our stuff when we only partially moved out.
