Will Never Live Here Willingly

Pros:
Easy access to the 6 and 2 trains Not far from the city Some sort of parking out front
Cons:
Elevator always smelled like pee It is ridiculously noisy Management only cares about money
Advice to owner:
You should be more respectful to people who have lived in this building longer than your ownership
