Beware of pests; Water issues too

Pros

The super is very responsive and does his job great. When there's a problem, he's there to help.

Cons

This building has MICE and silverfish bugs and roaches. There was also a time that the water pipes burst when someone on the 3rd floor was taking a shower and it flooded the 1st and 2nd floor below them.

Advice to the owners

Would be great to figure out the pest issue.
