great modern building
Pros
- modern fixtures -all units have dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit - warm in the winter and cool in summer -quiet. I barely hear my upstairs neighbors
Cons
-everything is electric so ConEd bill may be higher if moving from a gas building. -refrigerators are on the small side - electric stove takes some getting used to

Modern building on a busy street
Pros
Brand new building, all units have laundry in unit and dishwasher, convenient location near subway, air conditioning/heating units in every room. Street facing units have lots of natural light due to large windows.
Cons
Kitchen is very small in 2 BR unit especially the fridge. The ovens are electric in the kitchens. Hot water is heated by electricity so your ConEd bill may be higher depending on how much hot water you use. Lots of street noise on Bushwick Ave from people blasting music from their cars. Lots of ambulances and emergency vehicles use Bushwick Ave. The floor tiles in full bathroom are hard to clean.
Advice to the owners
Would love to see gas stoves if he renovated the building.
