Sneakily still trying to collect brokers fee from new tenants. Sometimes slow to do common area repairs.

Spacious rooms but constant repairs needed

Pros

Responsive management--generally gets back to me within a day or two, and rooms are much larger than the city standard.

Cons

Maybe a facet of this being an older building, but there are constant issues in need of repair, such as broken pipes, floorboards cracking within a couple months, and so on.
