Terrible Building - DO NOT MOVE IN

Close to train and 24hr grocery
Cons
- walls are paper thin. Can legit hear the neighbor peeing in the morning, their alarm go off etc - Not only can you hear the next-door neighbor you can hear the neighbors floors down or above you. - whoever claims the building never does it. The trash is always super piled up and or spilled all over the side sidewalk. - there's a serious roach and mildew problem - there has clearly been a lot of water damage that they've hidden with paint - there's a unit on the bottom floor that was a vacant that they "remodeled" by putting new paint up and cheap stainless steel appliance. Before that happened, I noticed a hole in the ceiling that was a giant black hole of mold that they Lieder just covered with a piece of hard plastic and rented it out.
