A comfortable place to live
Pros
Clean, attentive doormen / repairs, new, convenient amenities (gym, pool, tennis courts, etc.)
Cons
Noise level can get pretty bad given this building is next to entrance to Lincoln tunnel (probably better on higher floors, I was on #5), walls were thin (could hear my next door neighbor more than I should)
Building has some issues, but management are good
Pros
+ good management + very fast and responsive, solved issues quickly + staff at the front are very friendly and helpful (helping with replacement keys and thigns) + easy to get mail
Cons
- very noisy from the shipping containers in the river blaring their horns - apartments facing the sun can get very very hot in the summer - not enough elevators, there can be a pretty big backup/wait in the elevator banks in the morning and at night - problems with water leaking through when it rained very heavily (they did address it quickly, but it was a problem) - poor transit connectivity, and the shuttle isn't frequent enough
