Great apartment views
Pros
Love the views from the apartments and the washer and dryer in each units. It’s also rent stabilized. A ton of closets
Cons
The kitchen appliances are weird and annoying to work. A lot of unusable space in the kitchen cabinets Sink in the bathroom is annoying. Very minor though considering what you do get. Location is a little far. About a 10-15 minute walk to the subway. Bike rack right outside

A comfortable place to live
Pros
Clean, attentive doormen / repairs, new, convenient amenities (gym, pool, tennis courts, etc.)
Cons
Noise level can get pretty bad given this building is next to entrance to Lincoln tunnel (probably better on higher floors, I was on #5), walls were thin (could hear my next door neighbor more than I should)
