Some pests, but taken care of quickly

Pros

super responsive building super, neighborhood was great, building was safe.

Cons

Had a bit of trouble with cockroaches under the sink but the issue was addressed quickly.

Not too bad

Pros

Great location, spacious master bedroom

Cons

Building is old - no dishwasher, noisy fridge & heat, gaps between the wall and floor filled with steel wool; second bedroom does not have a closet

Advice to the owners

Put proper renovation money into the apartmemts so they are fully worth the rent, the building next door has much nicer finishings for similar prices
