Poor management
Pros
The building is in a Nice area. There was a gym before the pandemic. They have not reopened it. Supermarket conveniently located below
Cons
Bad management. Frequently changing and nobody is accountable for lack of care and safety. Unsafe. Only Building with no security or concierge in the area. Neglected amenities. Unsafe conditions Broken intercom Poor management communication
Advice to the owners
Address the issues that the tenants bring to you. Respect your tenants, reply to emails. Make the building safe and pay for security / concierge
