Solid location but poor management

Pros:
Rent stabilized, laundry in building, good noise insulation
Cons:
Management is constantly delinquent on ConEd bills, inadequate heat in the winter, some rat problems.

Has potential but bad management

Pros:
Location is great, unit is renovated, good space for rent cost, friendly neighbors, skyline views
Cons:
Everything about the management company is horrible. All the 6th floor units leak because of an old work that they refuse to fix. They are unresponsive and unhelpful. Not worth it
Advice to owner:
Give your tenants clear communication on what is going on with the roof and fix it already! This bas been going on for years!
