Good Building So Far, But Communication is Lacking
Pros
- Relatively responsive Superintendent - Easy key pick-up - Great area - Apartment is spacious and bright
Cons
- Communication with Management — only responds 9-5, emergency contact lines posted downstairs are outdated - Some maintenance needed to be done upon move in (leaky shower, cabinet veneer peeling off, etc.) but was fixed by super in a timely manner - Now dealing with a ceiling leak ;-;
Advice to the owners
Respond in a more timely manner, update contact/emergency maintenance information on the first floor. If 3/4 numbers go to voicemail and 1 isn’t even an active line, it should be changed.

Heat was not consistent with high heat in during warm times and no heat at colder times
