Management typically resolved issues quickly AC/Heating Unit never caused as any issues Updated Appliances Residential/Community Driven
Cons
Walkability score would be low especially to locally owned coffee shops & stores No trash cans provided even when requested PEST! even though we kept our unit nearly spotless (lots of holes &/or unleveled floors for them to access through)
Advice to the owners
Support tenants who are clean and are still experiencing rodent issues
