Great Building and Management
Pros
The management really cares about pest control. Since moving in earlier this year, I have only seen one cockroach and no other pests. They offer an exterminator service one a month, which I deeply appreciate. The building in general is also well maintained and clean for the most part. The neighbors are also quiet and considerate!
Cons
The elevator is pretty slow and could be cleaner. The kitchen is also quite small so it's a bit hard to cook in the apartment. There are also very few outlets in the rooms and the electricity goes out easily if I have a few appliances (microwave, kettle, etc.) running at the same time.
Advice to the owners
Laundry machines could be cleaned more often.

Location, maintenance is good. Things like hot water being shut off for repairs are posted in advance
