Management is responsive, friendly doormen, space as advertised

-tiny cockroaches come up through the drain, we have to cover - heating isn’t so good in winter, need to buy space heater Unsure of how security deposit is handled upon move out still

Good Location, Poor Management

Pros

Super close to train lines.

Cons

Management is really hard to work with and rude for no reason. It will sometimes take a lot of chasing for management or the super to fix really basic things like pests. Also 90% of the building gets NO sun.
