Pros

The portal is easy to use, they are quick to respond and fix issues promptly, super is very nice; I was able to successfully negotiate rent increases down each year

Cons

Its an old building and the stairs, etc have not been cleaned/updated in a while; the door was not properly closing for years but after constant complaining they fixed it
