Horrible managment, tried to illegally keep security depsoit

Great location, has lots of windows
Cons
Roaches that never go away, rats in the trash area, thin walls and noise from neighbors. Management ignored me for weeks and tried to keep my security deposit. I had to threaten legal action to get it back.
Advice to the owners
Treat tenants with respect and take better care of your building and pest issues.

Management is AWFUL! They are unresponsive; they ignored my email when I said I was moving out, our gas went out and it took them a month to get it turned back on, they aren’t good at tending to repairs, and do not care about their tenants other than collecting a check. They threatened to kick us out when we didn’t fill the third room even though it was their job to do that, and they weren’t advertising the room.
