Great apartment, ultimately run out by rats

Pros:
Overall design and layout — the ideal amount of closets (kitchen pantry, linen closet, and one closet per bedroom). Nicely updated appliances and finishings. Owners were responsive and understanding.
Cons:
Trash area rested (at the time) on dirt; rats burrowed through the area and made their way into each floor of the building.
