Beautiful area to live in.

Cons

Building electrical issues. During the winters expect constant black outs! Con Ed bill is a monthly set $400-$600 per unit! due to electrical rigging, The landlord is non compliant.

Advice to the owners

Fix your buildings electrical issues. Rigging electricity will gain you to loose good tenants.
