wouldn't recommend it

Pros

amazing neighborhood, everyone is super friendly in the building, lived here for 3 years and didnt have any complaints until last year... not sure what happened but the building just got so uncleanly

Cons

EVERY PACKAGE YOU GET WILL BE STOLEN, HOMELESS LADY BREAKS IN FREQUENTLY AND ROAMS THE HALL (CALLED 311 MULTIPLE TIMES), building owner super unresponsive and couldn't care less, garbage and food sits in lobby for days

idk take better care of your tenants because you very clearly dont care about them

elevator in building, skylight is nice, semi close to the 6 rain

Cons

roaches & mice for months & management didnt do anything about it, they take weeks to respond, not helpful at all
