I’ve lived in 365 West End Ave and I love it here!

Pros:
All of the doormen are amazing, I spend time talking to all of them individually. It’s always very clean, each floor has its one trash collection, in-building laundry, bike storage, and it’s pet friendly!
Cons:
Laundry isn’t great. Sometimes my clothes get damaged in the wash or dryer, they don’t hold many clothes and they’re often occupied.

Also, rent has to be paid via check.
Advice to owner:
Bring in new washer and dryer, allow electronic rent paymente and make the rooftop a community space
