Great building in midtown, conveniently located to lots

Pros:
So many of the doormen and maintenance people are really lovely and kind. Exterminator comes every week and it's easy to sign up for them to come to your apartment. Super lives on site. Communal areas are well taken care of.
Cons:
Occasional pests, but pretty uncommon. Some neighbors are not super friendly, but that's fine.
