Good location, condensed space

Pros

- location - good rooftop - charming brick

Cons

- hot water can be dicey, particularly in winter - bad insulation - first floor residences complained of rodents.

401 Suydam Street

Pros

Heat electricity and gas always works. The neighborhood is great and it’s easy to find parking. Pet friendly! They clean the hallway weekly and the garbage is dealt with most of the time.

Cons

Huge mold problem and even bigger rat problem. They “fix” things but it’s only ever and bandaid on bigger issue. A lot gets ignored unless you constantly hassle them.

Advice to the owners

Take pride in your building and fix things when you say you’ll fix them, and do it in a timely manner.
