Not worth it

Pretty quiet street for the most part, decent sized bedrooms and close to L train
Cons
Absolutely disgusting from the moment we moved in. The apartment was filthy with bugs everywhere. We had to hire our own cleaner because who they hired were incompetent. Have had pest issues consistently, the back bedroom and bathroom mostly ( ants, centipedes and saw 1 cockroach in the kitchen). The overall building is not taken care of, leak from the hall ceiling everytime it rains. The windows are not sealed well so we have had flooding spill in from windows when it rains. Overall hated living here so much I would stay away.
Advice to the owners
Be decent human beings and take care of the building. You have the money , put in the work.

- natural light from the windows - large bedrooms - close to train

- bug problem (ants, centipedes, waterbugs) - bedroom facing the street can hear everything, the windows are not sealed correctly - apartment building is dirty all the time - central air vents not clean and made my throat hurt - packages get stolen and never replaced the door after we complained about this - management belittled us and never took me seriously with my concerns about the building so many more!!!!
Advice to the owners
fix all the windows, redo all the bathrooms and kitchens, do full extermination, actually listen to the people living in the apartment
