Pros

Very spacious and roomy. When repairs were needed, management responded quickly. Basement storage.

Cons

There was a “garden” advertised in the description. It is a jungle and not maintained at all. It is simply a bug paradise. Good source of food for the birds. Common areas are not swept or mopped. Neighbors stored boxes in common areas. Very easy to hear neighbors, walls are thin.
